Cada día hay más malas noticias para Glastonbury y es que se ha dado a conocer que ni Azelia Banks ni Stephen Hawking participarán en el festival, cuyas ausencias se unen a la de los Foo Fighters por una lesión de Dave Grohl.
Azelia Banks confirmó su ausencia debido a que el doctor le pidió reposo total para que se recupere de su problema en las cuerdas vocales.
Today I was put on vocal rest by my doctor which is forcing me to cancel Glastonbury. You have no idea how frustrated and sad this makes me because I love the U.K and Glastonbury so much, you have all supported me from the early days and I was really looking forward to putting on an incredible show for you all, rain or shine! Please know, that as soon as I’m allowed to be on stage again, when I have a full bill of health, I will be back! I hope you understand and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Por su parte se dio a conocer que Hawking ha cancelado su participación en el área infantil Worthy Farm Kidz Field debido a problemas personales.
